NSTAR Gas has once again earned the top spot in customer satisfaction among natural gas customers along the eastern seaboard.
The survey by J.D. Power and Associates ranked the top ten midsized gas utilities on the East Coast, with NSTAR topping the list, followed closely by sister Northeast Utilities Company Yankee Gas of Connecticut
